The Mindfulness and Meditation 12 week 1-2-1 coaching course enables individuals to deepen their practice and knowledge of meditation. This course will enable you to obtain a solid foundation for daily practice so that you can enjoy the many benefits of meditation.
Each session will consist of a 1-hour private video call with your Mindfulness and Meditation Coach Jo Gilbert.
We will explore various meditation techniques to find the most appropriate and comfortable for you. We will explore topics at the forefront of your life to focus on and practice. We will use meditation practice to bring clarity to the areas of your life you wish to explore and improve.
The list of meditation techniques you will learn as part of this 12-week coaching course includes Intention Meditation, Breathing Meditation, Walking Meditation, Smiling Meditation, Body-Scan Meditation, Loving-Kindness Meditation, 1-Minute Meditation, Transcendental Meditation (TM) and many more.
This course will enable you to psychologically and spiritually grow while engaging with these meditation techniques.
