A physical relaxation exercise which combines relaxation with breathing techniques and body scanning. Participants assume a lying down posture for this exercise. As we work through the 5 minute exercise you will practise tension and breathing exercises.
This exercise is perfect to complete prior to a visualisation / imagery meditation.
